CALO Workbook

The Louis Berger Group, who is collecting/analyzing the CALO Workbooks, is the same group that did it for CHNSRA.
I talked to the person doing this in relation to my CHNSRA Workbook and they had set up a way to detect identical or nearly identical workbooks. This was in an effort to prevent any one group from doing a "mass mailing effort". I'm sure they have the same in place for CALO.
So taking someone else's workbook and putting your name on it or even tweeking it a bit is not a good idea because it is likely to invalidate both inputs or at least cause them to be discounted somewhat.
For this reason I did not share my workbook with others when asked but rather pointed them to the NCBBA guidelines to help them in completing their workbook.
It would thus be very helpful to many if someone like DIFF or Drumwagon would put something out similar to the NCBBA guidelines, particularly for folks who only occassionally visit CALO and are not fully aware of issue particulars.
And probably a good idea to make folks aware of anything that looks like a mass mailing
